Hello Sweet Soul, how are you feeling?

We are now fully submerged into the wonders of spring. As I sit writing this love letter to you, warm spring sun rays are filling my kitchen and lifting my soul. Isn’t it always so wonderful when the sun shines ????.

I always tend to think that the skies are far bluer at this time of year. The depth of colour, against the lush, fresh, budding new growth of green. It’s just breathtaking. The colour is probably just the same in reality, especially when compared to the grey, dull waves of winter that have just exited, side door left. These vibrant colours feel alive with hope and the promise of  new beginnings.

Spring does have that vibrancy and energy about it. There is an effervescent fizz of growth and newness all around. I hope that you’re able to get outside and absorb some of this magic.

We have a glorious Full moon on Thursday ????
This moon is called the pink moon to reflect the stunning pink blossom all-around. This moon also falls in Libra which is all about balance and harmony. This can actually be quite a paradox as we are in the beginnings of spring. We are usually wanting to jump right in to new projects and exciting new challenges. This Libra moon however reminds us to be patient. Confirming to us that everything will always work out.

In honour of this pink moon you may want to:

• Bathe outside in nature
• Take a self love ritual bath with Rose Quartz, rose essential oils and pink petals
• Place your crystals and bracelets under the moonlight, preferably outside, so they can recharge and cleanse

• Journal what you feel this full pink moon is bringing up for you
• Be gentle and honour your energy and your beautiful self
