Hello my Sweet Soul, how are you?

Wow! There have been so many changes and transitions we have all been going through these last few weeks, myself included. I’m not sure about you but for me the energies, especially around the New Moon, were pretty heavy and tough. Thankfully, we are now through and out the other side as we close the door on summer.

That happens this week and officially, we welcome in autumn.

The Equinox falls from our skies beginning tomorrow morning, Saturday 23rd September. This is my most favourite of all the seasons. One reason is that I was born in October so I am officially an autumn woman. However, the main reason is because it is such a treat for the senses.

The warm blustery winds carrying bronzed, crisp leaves to our darkening Earth. Amazingly rich colours of rusts, caramels and golds of the leaves against the brilliant blue skies. Warm hearty soups. Gentle, comforting glows from lighted candles and soothing cups of herbal teas. All of my favourite things to enjoy throughout autumn.

Autumn is traditionally the season of abundance. All of our projects, hard work and passions, which we have been nurturing and growing throughout the summer, are now beginning to come into fruition.

This is especially true for me and my business too.

As you know from reading my Love Letters, I have been working these past two years on my online courses. This has been such a labour of love for me as I am so passionate and excited to be able to teach you and share with you all of my crystalline knowledge.

As the days draw in, we all spend that little bit more time indoors and this can be the perfect chance for some self-nurturing. Whether that be through meditation, playing and working with your crystals, having a ritual crystal bath or learning something new by delving into my brand-new learning platform.

As autumn equinox falls upon a weekend, you may have that little bit more time to go outside and enjoy this season’s abundance. Absorb what you can so you feel grounded, held and safe.
