Hello you beautiful soul and welcome to March
I breathe a sigh of relief when we come to the end of February and step into the blooming March. As much as I’ve loved the hunkering down and the resting that comes with winter, I am always relieved when the dark nights begin to shorten. Oh the treat of longer days and the tease of the warmer sun rays. Even though this happens every year, it feels almost magical when you look outside of an evening and see that the sun is only beginning to set.
The mornings are such a treat as the spring stirrings are upon us and we are blessed with the beautiful dawn chorus of our brave little birds, singing from the tree tops. When me and Chris are out and about in the mornings, it’s so wonderful to see fresh green shoots peeping out amongst the shrubbery. The air smells different too; clearer almost, whilst the energy feels all tingly and exciting.
The steep banks along the canal towpath when we walk are covered in a blanket of snowdrops, all nodding their tiny white heads to the rhythm of the spring breezes. I adore snowdrops because they are such brave little flowers. The first to bob their heads up from the frozen ground to tell you spring is on the way. There is so much action happening with the planets and the moon too. All coinciding with the ‘marching’ forward that this month brings.
We have a full moon on March 7th. This moon falls in the star sign of Virgo which is all about change, very appropriate for spring. Virgo is also the sign of progress and practicality. This really will be a month of moving forward and of achieving. We are also treated to the Spring Equinox on March 20th where we get to open the doors and fully welcome in this exciting month of newness and growth.
I hope you go on to have a beautiful start to this month.
Take care of yourself, breathe in that fresh spring air, give yourself time to go out and experience the spectacle of our wondrous nature all around us.
Connect and move forward with this exciting new growth.
And know that when you flow with the seasons, everything works out perfectly and always as it should.
“the deep roots never doubt spring will come”
Love always
Vikki
